I recently stayed at the Address Dubai Mall Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and every detail, from the decor to the amenities, was carefully considered. Its location is perfect, with direct access to The Dubai Mall and close proximity to major attractions. The staff were exceptionally polite and professional, always ready to assist. I also enjoyed the Club Lounge, which offered a relaxing atmosphere and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

I had an amazing stay at Address Dubai Mall. The hotel’s location is perfect – it’s centrally located and only a 5-minute walk to Dubai Mall, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were absolutely fantastic – incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any request. The hospitality truly stood out, and it made my stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff. The gentleman in charge of my room throughout the week was impeccable. He did an excellent job keeping everything spotless and ensuring I had everything I needed. His attention to detail was truly appreciated, and I want to congratulate him for the fantastic work. The breakfast was another highlight. There was such a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start the day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Address Dubai Mall to anyone visiting Dubai. It combines an unbeatable location, excellent service, and a truly comfortable stay.

Her genuine smile, dedication, and outstanding customer care—extending even beyond my stay—truly set a high standard. The positive aspects of this hotel are numerous, including the delightful and distinctive aroma throughout the property, exceptional cleanliness, and the swift response to every guest’s needs. The elegance of the hotel, its furniture, and the advanced in-room technology, such as iPad-controlled services for TV, lighting, and other amenities, add to the experience. Additionally, the hotel’s prime location with direct access to Dubai Mall, and the breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain, make it truly unparalleled. We stayed at the hotel during September. We really loved the breakfast, the service, and the cleanliness of the rooms. The location is excellent, I highly recommend it. In addition , there was a bird that fell outside the hotel and was still alive. asked one of the staff at the bakery for help, and he assisted by bringing it inside and taking care of her. Everything. This hotel and its stuff, is nothing short of phenomenal. From before we even checked in, the level of service was one of the best I’ve seen from any 5* hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the facilities were outstanding and it’s perfectly situated downtown so super easy to get around. We stayed with our 3 year old and baby and it was so easy. It also directly links to the mall so that was great. The people make this hotel - every member was extremely polite and helpful. I will certainly be back.
