I had an amazing stay at Address Dubai Mall. The hotel’s location is perfect – it’s centrally located and only a 5-minute walk to Dubai Mall, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were absolutely fantastic – incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any request. The hospitality truly stood out, and it made my stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff. The gentleman in charge of my room throughout the week was impeccable. He did an excellent job keeping everything spotless and ensuring I had everything I needed. His attention to detail was truly appreciated, and I want to congratulate him for the fantastic work. The breakfast was another highlight. There was such a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start the day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Address Dubai Mall to anyone visiting Dubai. It combines an unbeatable location, excellent service, and a truly comfortable stay.

A special mention must go to Mariam, the Guest Services Manager, who consistently went the extra mile to ensure our stay was seamless. The second thing is the infinity pool with breathtaking views of Dubai. It was incredible and we could have stayed there all day just looking out over the city. The location next to Dubai Mall is perfect, since traffic around that area is nightmarish.
